
As part of the Pindar Mengajar: Smart Financial Management, Wise Financial Decisions program series, the Indonesian Joint Funding Fintech Association (AFPI), together with several P2P lending industry players, visited OJK Malang on June 24, 2026, to strengthen collaboration in advancing financial literacy and financial inclusion for the public, including micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs).
The meeting was attended by Ronald T. Andi Kasim, Secretary General of AFPI; Defrian Afdi, IT & Operations Director of KrediOne; as well as representatives from other P2P lending providers. The delegation was welcomed by Farid Faletehan, Head of OJK Malang, along with members of the OJK Malang team.
The discussion underscored the importance of collaboration among regulators, industry associations, P2P lending providers, and educational institutions in strengthening public understanding of digital financial services. Through sustained cooperation, it is expected that people will not only gain access to financial services but also develop the knowledge to use them wisely, responsibly, and in ways that support their long-term financial well-being.
