This spirit became the foundation of KrediOne’s working visit to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province on Friday, April 10, 2026.
The visit marked a strategic step in strengthening collaboration between regulators and industry players to enhance public financial literacy, while also ensuring that digital financial services operate in a transparent, responsible, and consumer-oriented manner.
The meeting was attended by Rudi Sulistyo, Head of OJK NTB, and Yudi Tri Widodo, Analyst for Market Conduct Supervision, Education, Consumer Protection, Regional Finance, and Strategic Management Services at OJK NTB. Representing KrediOne were Oclif Ronald Elgan Mantik, Head of Finance, Accounting, & Tax, and Habriyanto Rosyidi, Public & Government Relation Manager.
During the constructive discussion, both parties highlighted the importance of strengthening public financial literacy education, improving service standards, and optimizing consumer protection mechanisms within the pindar industry.
Through this dialogue, KrediOne and OJK NTB emphasized the importance of a more human-centered approach in increasing public understanding. The focus is not only on raising awareness about the risks and impacts of illegal online lending, but also on encouraging a deeper understanding of consumer rights and obligations, including access to effective and accessible complaint channels for the public.
